ComicRack is an amazing e-comic book reader

The electronic comic book format is typically a compressed archive file of images. The images are usually copies of the pages of the comic book and they are named sequentially. A comic book reader is capable of displaying these images in sequence according to their file names without uncompressing the archive file. This idea of the comic book format was made first popular by CDisplay, another comic book reader.

ComicRack is multi-tabbed comic book reader having all the state of the art features you can expect from an e-comic reader. It supports a wide range of comic book format such as CBZ, CBR, CBT and CB7 as well as regular archive file format such as ZIP, RAR, 7Z and even PDF.

ComicRack
ComicRack is not just a reader. It has a library feature that allows you to manage, browse and search your eComics collection. You can create folders and lists to organize them; customize the lists to show just the information you need and use advanced tools to rate, tag and edit the information for your eComics. You can also create Smart lists to display dynamic lists based on eComic info (never read, author, series etc.)

The nicest thing about ComicRack is it's sleek user interface and sweet mouse navigation features. For example, a single-click on an opened comic book maximizes the viewing area of the reader by removing the toolbar and leaving only the title bar. Double-click sends it into the full-screen viewing mode. Hovering the mouse for a few moments at the bottom of the page displays a bar of thumbnails of the pages of the comic book. Click on a thumbnail to open that page.

ComicRack also has a full-featured metadata manager. You can enter and edit all kinds of information about your collection such as writer's name, publisher, date of publication, cover artist, language, tags and every bits of information imaginable. This lets you sort your collection in every possible way.

As if this was not enough, ComicRack has it's own image editor that allows basic image editing geared towards image enhancement. Tools to edit saturation, brightness, contrast and sharpness are available.
And yeah, ComicRack supports batch converting between different formats too!
